Publication Ethics

ARC Publication is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and editorial integrity. The journal follows the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and applies them consistently across all stages of the editorial and publishing process. Transparency, academic responsibility, and accountability form the foundation of our editorial policies. Feedback from contributors, reviewers, and editorial board members is welcomed as part of our continuous effort to strengthen scholarly quality.

Peer Review Model and Editorial Oversight

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that the identities of both reviewers and contributors remain confidential throughout evaluation. This model supports unbiased, fair, and independent academic assessment.

Submissions are evaluated by qualified subject experts selected by the editorial team based on academic expertise and relevance to the manuscript. In addition to scientific merit, manuscripts may undergo editorial assessment for structure, clarity, and technical accuracy where necessary.

Handling of Ethical Concerns and Research Misconduct

The journal treats all allegations of ethical violations or research misconduct with seriousness and follows a structured review process in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Research misconduct may include, but is not limited to:

  • Duplicate, redundant, or overlapping publication
  • Plagiarism or unattributed reuse of content
  • Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data

Concerns raised by reviewers, readers, or editors are initially assessed to determine whether further investigation is required. Where sufficient evidence exists, the corresponding contributor is contacted and provided an opportunity to respond or clarify.

If misconduct is confirmed, appropriate corrective actions may be taken, including manuscript rejection, publication of corrections, or article retraction. In cases of unresolved concerns or lack of communication, the journal reserves the right to inform the relevant affiliated institution.

Authorship Changes and Contributor Responsibility

Requests for changes to contributor details are considered only under defined and justified circumstances and are handled in accordance with ethical publishing standards.

Authorship change requests may include:

  • Addition or removal of a corresponding contributor before publication
  • Addition or removal of a corresponding contributor after publication

To process such requests, contributors must provide a written justification and formal confirmation of agreement from all listed contributors. If consensus cannot be reached, editorial review of the manuscript may be suspended until resolution. For published works, unresolved disputes may be referred to the affiliated institution for independent assessment.

Commitment to Integrity and Accountability

Editors, reviewers, and contributors share collective responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. All parties are expected to act in good faith, disclose conflicts of interest, and adhere to recognized ethical standards throughout the submission, review, and publication process.
