Copyright Ownership

The International Journal for Research in Health Sciences and Nursing (IJRHNS), published by ARC Publisher, follows a copyright policy under which authors retain ownership of the copyright in their published work. Journal and Publisher Rights

ARC Publisher reserves the right to take appropriate editorial action when credible concerns arise regarding plagiarism, copyright infringement, research integrity, or other ethical or legal issues. Depending on the circumstances, this may include requesting clarification, publishing a correction, issuing an expression of concern, or retracting an article in accordance with the journal's applicable policies.

Such editorial action does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership from the author(s) to the publisher. The journal will handle relevant concerns in accordance with its publication ethics and correction or retraction procedures.
